Domestic Shipping Policy

  1. Shipment Processing Time
  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Exclusions: We do not process orders or ship products on weekends, public holidays, or during company-designated breaks. Shipments may arrive on weekends depending on the selected carrier.
  • Delays: While we strive to meet our stated timelines, certain factors such as weather, natural disasters, or issues with shipping carriers beyond our control may cause delays. In such cases, customers will be notified via email when possible.
  1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
  • We partner with multiple carriers to provide the best rates and services available. Carriers may include UPS, DHL eCommerce, USPS, or ePacket, depending on the customer’s location.
  • Delivery estimates will vary based on the chosen shipping method and destination:
    • Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days.
    • International delivery times will vary depending on location and carrier.
  • Please note that shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
  1. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
  • Sardine Marine does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier limitations.
  1. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
  • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once their order has been processed and shipped. The email will include a tracking number to monitor the shipment’s progress.
  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
  • Sardine Marine is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • International customers should consult their local customs office for information on applicable duties or taxes.

Shipping Policy for Boats and High-Value/Weight Items

  1. Ground Shipping Estimates
  • For high-volume or high-weight items such as boats, shipping is not free. Once the shipping address is confirmed, we will provide an estimated ground shipping cost using a reliable carrier such as UPS.
  1. Special Handling
  • Due to the size and weight of these items, additional handling time may be required. Customers will be informed of the estimated shipping timeline and any special requirements during the order process.
  1. Delivery Method
  • Boats and similar large items will be shipped via ground freight. The customer will receive detailed delivery instructions upon confirmation of their order.

General Shipping Terms

  1. Incorrect Addresses
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Sardine Marine is not liable for shipments delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Reshipping fees may apply.
  1. Lost or Stolen Packages
  • Sardine Marine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to track their packages and ensure they are available to receive deliveries.
  1. Delivery Delays
  • Delivery delays due to weather, natural disasters, or carrier-specific issues are beyond our control. While we will notify you of any significant delays, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates in such cases.
  1. Packaging
  • All items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. For large or fragile items, additional protective measures may be applied.
